Ginsberg Fund

The Ted and Cora Ginsberg Research Endowment Fund* supports small collaborative research projects for undergraduates working with faculty members in the Department. It underwrites expenses such as travel, data acquisition, hardware, and software in the context of a collaborative research endeavor. Fund requests have usually fallen under the $1000 threshold. (The Ginsberg Fund does not provide salary support for students or faculty.)

Applications, which are welcome at any time, can be obtained on the Ginsberg Fund web page. (Students seeking support for their own research projects should apply to the Farrell Fund for such assistance.)

*During his years at Northwestern, Peter Ginsberg (Class of 1990) was deeply involved in research with Prof. Jerry Goldman. Peter's parents kindly commemorated his research experience by establishing this fund to promote collaborative research projects for undergraduates working with political science faculty.
